Lori has worked in the preventive health, nutrition and fitness industries for 20 years on both the East and West Coasts of Canada and now in the Treasure Valley of Idaho.
Her passion for wellness, health and outdoor recreation facilitated the creation of 'Health Adventure Coach LLC' in 2003.
While in Victoria, BC, Lori progressed in her passion for nordic walking from Certified Instructor (2005) to Master Trainer in March 2006 after receiving her training in Colorado from Dan Barrett,
President and Owner of Fittrek.com.
 
Lori is available in the Treasure Valley from Boise, ID to the communities of SE Oregon for Demos, Classes, Instruction, Clinics, Adventures & Excursions; both  Private & Group.
