Nordic pole walking can be done by most individuals regardless of age, conditioning and ability. 

Lori has worked in the Natural Health & Fitness Industries for 20+ years on both the East and West Coasts of Canada, in the Treasure Valley of Idaho and Oregon and now resides in Winter Haven, FL.

Her passion for wellness, health and outdoor recreation facilitated the creation of 'Health Adventure Coach LLC' in 2003.

While in Victoria, BC, Lori progressed in her passion for Nordic walking from Certified Instructor (2005) to Master Trainer in March 2006 after receiving her training in Colorado from Dan Barrett, President and Owner of the former, Fittrek.com.

Lori is available in Polk County  for Demos, Taster Sessions, Classes, Instruction, Adventures & Excursions; both  Private & Group.
