What is a Lifestyle Wellness Coach?

We all have tried many times in different ways to tackle and manage the imbalances in our lives; sometime however, unsuccessfully or not completely. Encouragment, accountability and knowledge are often lacking. A Coach helps you discover/unearth who you are, where you are at and where you want to go and to create sustainable, healthy changes in your life with resources, tools and insights and a strong partnership with you. May I hire a coach just for a short-term, special project?

Yes. Some clients hire a coach to help them accomplish specific goals or projects. Usually, however, the client keeps working with the coach after that because there are even more interesting things to accomplish.

My health coaching uses a broad spectrum of wellness, such as self-care, natural health practices, exploring your personal foundation, incorporating your entire person and lifestyle. You set the pace, you choose your goals. You come to our sessions with expectancy....ready to share, explore, learn, discover, risk and see your life and well-being shift and take leaps. Most of the progress will be made by you between our sessions as you commit to the action plan agreed upon between you and I, and follow though.
